GoPro HD live video output tutorial

Friday, February 22nd, 2013

Tutorial showing live video output on the GoPro HD Hero. 1. Connect camera to a TV and turn both on. 2. Wait for video to stop playing (suggestion: record an 1-2 sec long video and keep it on the card, then switch to it during playback). 3. Plug into external power to camera via USB (must be from wall socket with adapter – not computer!). 4. Let process finish and voila! Live video output is enabled. 5. You can unplug the USB cable now, but keeping it in will recharge battery. Camera is working as normal now with recording, taking pictures and changing settings possible. Turn the camera OFF and then ON again to enable normal playback again. —————————————————————— Update to latest firmware to have built-in live feed for the GoPro HD Hero! More information and update instructions here: www.goprocamera.com Updated manual (with instructions how live feed works) here: www.goprocamera.com
